Points Plus Menu - Week One

Store bought Rotisserie Chickens *, parsley new potatoes, green beans
Barbacoa Beef *, Cilantro Lime Rice, garden salad 
Chicken and White Bean Chili, garden salad,  Italian bread
Danica’s Steak and Shroons*, ‘buttered noodles’, snow peas
Orange Chicken, brown rice, broccoli
Herbed Chicken Parmesan, angel hair pasta, side salad
                      
Notes:
* I buy two rotisserie chickens, one to use as leftovers in the Chicken and White Bean Chili, and I cook the bones from both, covered in water in my crockpot overnight and keep the broth it makes to also use for the chili, the orange chicken and freeze any that is left for another day/another recipe.
* Extra Barbacoa Beef can be served on a roll with coleslaw for one of your lunches the next day
* I used a full pound of beef for Danica's Steak and Shroons to make it serve 4
